Thailand Factory Introduction | Building a New Hub for Home Appliance Wiring Harness Manufacturing in Southeast Asia

Driven by policy and customer demand, our company began establishing a home appliance wiring harness factory in Thailand in June 2025. The planned investment is US$6 million, using Thailand as a hub to cover Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other countries, aiming to penetrate the North American home appliance market.

Recently, General Manager Ma Zhijun led a project team (including compliance, production, and supply chain personnel) to Thailand to inspect industrial parks and potential clients. We have passed the pre-qualification review and are simultaneously in talks with the Chonburi Industrial Park in Thailand regarding establishing a presence there. We have also had preliminary discussions with 2-3 leading home appliance manufacturers in Thailand, clarifying wiring harness specifications, production capacity, and certification requirements.

Our Thai factory will raise funds to further expand construction in the first half of 2026, with mass production commencing in August. The first phase of production will focus on wiring harnesses for large appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines, partnering with Thai factories of Haier, Midea, LG, Panasonic, Hisense, Fotile, Biyi, and Tianxi, with a projected capacity exceeding 100 million units. Within 1-2 years, we aim to achieve 40% localized supply chain procurement to meet RVC (Responsible Ventilation Control) requirements, serving Southeast Asian home appliance customers with convenient local supply chains, and becoming a leading home appliance wiring harness supplier in Southeast Asia.
