The EV/EVP high-voltage cable inside the car is a key component designed for the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles. It is widely used in the battery connection system, electric drive system and electromagnetic shielding line in electric vehicles. The conductor is made of high-quality bare copper material, which has excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance to ensure efficient and stable power transmission. The insulation layer and sheath are made of 125℃~150℃ thermosetting elastomer material, which has good heat resistance, wear resistance and flexibility, is not easy to crack, and can withstand vibration and thermal shock in daily operation of the car. At the same time, thermosetting elastomer materials are environmentally friendly and non-toxic, which is in line with the green environmental protection trend of the automotive industry. EV/EVP high-voltage cables can also achieve electromagnetic shielding, effectively prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensure the normal operation of on-board electronic equipment, and improve the electrical safety and signal stability of the whole vehicle. In addition, the cable is highly flexible, oil-resistant, and chemically resistant, making it easy to install in complex spaces inside the vehicle. The EV/EVP high-voltage cable inside the vehicle has high voltage carrying capacity, excellent insulation and sheath performance, and good electromagnetic shielding capabilities.
